Terms of Service for Voyager-1 Discord Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Voyager-1 Bot (hereinafter "Bot"), you accept these terms of service. If you disagree with any provisions, please refrain from using the Bot.

2. Service Description

The Bot provides the following functions:

• Creating and managing personal voice channels
• Setting up server statistics channels
• D&D character and session management
• Notifications about free games from Steam and Epic Games Store
• Warning and moderation system
• Points/reputation system
• Ticket system
• Creating and sending customizable embeds
• Creating and sharing a personal link tree

3. Bot Usage

When using the Bot, you agree:

• Not to use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Not to abuse the Bot's functions
• Not to use the Bot to distribute prohibited content
• Not to attempt to disrupt the Bot's operation or gain unauthorized access to its systems

4. Limitation of Liability

• The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties
• The developers are not responsible for any damage related to the use of the Bot
• Bot functions may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice
• The developers are not responsible for information about free games obtained from external sources

5. Premium Features

Some Bot features require a subscription. By subscribing to premium features, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are handled through Discord's payment system.
• Access to premium features is granted only while your subscription is active.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds will be provided except as required by law.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Discord account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Bot belong to the developers. Copying, distribution, or modification of the Bot's code without explicit permission from the owners is prohibited.

7. Termination of Access

Developers reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

Terms of service may be changed at any time. By continuing to use the Bot after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
